   Ferrum Doors ® brings the home owner affordable selections of distinctive iron entry doors, meticulously hand forged & finished.
 
  
      
  1. Our doors are made from galvanized steel sections. The frames are made from hollow 60mm x 40mm x 2mm sections. The stiles are made from hollow 100mm x 60mm x 2mm sections.

  2. Scroll work is made using 15mm thick steel.

  3. All doors are insulated with special purpose insulating foam which is injected in the steel sections.

  4. The weight of our iron doors are supported with barrel hinges and ball bearings.

  5. All doors are supplied pre-hung for ease of installation.

  6. A good quality weather stripping is used around the door frame. A special butyl sealer is used for the glass.

  7. Our doors come supplied with locks and handles. You may also specify what you prefer.

  8. Tempered double glazed glass is used on all our doors for maximum safety. We also offer low E glass.

  9. Any Ral colour may be specified.

  10. Each door undergoes a 6 step paint process. Sandblasting, thermal galvanizing, descaling, anti corrosive primer, base coat and automotive finish.

  11. All our products are shipped in purpose wooden pallets for maximum protection during shipping.
